Questions, answered plainly.

No. Tailoring only reorders what your resume already says or adds lines from your career profile, and each added line carries a link to the fact it came from. When an AI model writes prose — a summary, a reworded bullet — every claim in it is checked against your facts, and anything that does not trace back is flagged for you instead of being added.

It makes a true resume easier for both software and people to read for the job you are applying to, which is the part of the process you control. Nobody can promise you an interview, and a tool that does is telling you the first thing on your resume that is not true.

From 26 deterministic checks in three groups: parseability (30%), job match (45%) and writing quality (25%). The same resume and job always produce the same number, and every point lost names the line that lost it. It is an estimate — nobody outside an ATS vendor knows exactly how their ranking works — but we test what can be tested: we export your PDF and read it back the way a parser does.

Yes. Upload a PDF, a Word (.docx) file or plain text and it is read into your career profile without using any AI, so it costs nothing. Anything we could not place is shown to you rather than silently dropped.

Paste a link to the posting, paste its text, upload it as a file, or drop in a screenshot. Postings on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable and SmartRecruiters are read straight from the source. If a site blocks us, paste the text instead.

Not yet. Resumes export as a typeset PDF with real, extractable text, which applicant tracking systems read reliably. Your whole career profile can be exported as a JSON file at any time.

Yes. The app is designed for phones as well as desktops: add a job from a link on your phone, review the proposed changes, and export the PDF from the same screen.

Yes. Building tailored resumes from your profile, the ATS score, importing an existing resume, every template, version history and PDF export cost nothing and carry no watermark. The free plan also includes 10 AI actions a day for the steps where a model reads or writes.

Reading a job posting — from a link, pasted text, a file or a screenshot — is one action. Writing a summary is one. Each edit you ask for in plain words is one. Everything else uses no model and costs nothing: composing the tailored resume itself, scoring it, importing your old resume and exporting the PDF. If you run out, you still get your resume; only the summary waits.

No. A pass is one payment — $9 for 30 days or $19 for 90 — that raises your limit to 200 AI actions a day. When it ends you drop back to the free plan. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.

The new days are added to the end of your current pass, so you never lose time you paid for.

Nothing is taken away. You keep every resume, every version and every export, and drop back to the free daily allowance.

Yes. Email us within 7 days of buying, and as long as no more than 10 AI actions have been spent on the pass, you get all of it back. The refund policy has the detail.

It is stored in your account and used only to do what you ask. It is never sold, never shared for advertising, and never used to train a model. When a step needs AI, only the text that step needs is sent to the model provider. You can export your profile or delete your whole account whenever you like.
